Longwood, Fla. [December 21, 2018] – FutureCow® recently completed its purchase of a 32,400 square foot warehouse in Seminole County, a move that greatly expands their corporate and manufacturing facilities.
The building, located on 5.5 acres at 5401 Pen Avenue in Sanford, will be transformed from a warehouse space into FutureCow’s new corporate headquarters including its executive offices, manufacturing, product development, warehouse and distribution center.
The additional space was needed to accommodate the company’s recent growth and allow for continued expansion as the company adds to its customer base around the world. Currently, FutureCow sells products to farms in the United States, plus internationally to countries including Canada, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Israel and the United Kingdom. The company expects to add customers in several more countries in 2019.
“This investment in a larger space is key to expanding our operations to meet current growth while allowing for additional expansion as we continue to explore new markets around the globe,” says Kevin Dole, president of FutureCow. “We were committed to finding the right space for our team so staying in Seminole County was a top priority.”
FutureCow is currently leasing 13,500 square feet at 1335 Bennett Drive in Longwood, a facility they have occupied for eight years. The company plans to occupy their new facility by the Spring of 2019.
