Florida Blue Hiring More Than 100 People in Central Florida
Florida Blue is currently hiring more than 100 positions in Central Florida for a variety of positions including roles in IT, telesales and member services. Several of the positions offer unique benefits such as three-months paid leave, remote working options and six-month contractor roles.
The state’s leading health insurer is currently hiring up to 50 IT professionals including systems and risk analysts, program managers, developers, architects and engineers. The full-time, permanent IT roles offer remote working options for candidates.
Florida Blue is also seeking 50 member care specialists for its Orlando Contact Center located in Lake Mary. These positions offer a unique teacher’s schedule where employees receive year-round benefits while working for nine months and then receiving three months off with pay during the summer.
Additionally, the insurer is hiring up to 40 telesales agents for six-month contractor roles in its Lake Mary office. Applicants should have their 2-15 or 2-40 license.
Florida Blue also has positions available in Central Florida for registered nurses, marketing specialists and bilingual retail customer service employees.
