• Ever wanted to give your customer an award?! Sometimes customers are just THAT awesome!

    January 09, 2019
(Longwood, FL) – When the team at All-In Construction Services gets together for our weekly meeting, things like project updates, processes, and customer relations are always discussed. The company is dedicated to growing and improving every aspect of the services we provide.

We also recognize that every renovation client has different needs, expectations, and communication styles. When a client hires us, their assigned Project Manager works hard to build a unique professional and personal relationship with them. As we start to dissect and coordinate the specifics of our client’s project and unique job requirements, it’s refreshing to notice just how simply AWESOME some clients are to work with.  So awesome that we often feel like they deserve an award. In 2018, we knew we wanted to come up with a unique way to celebrate these clients. So after a few team meetings, we decided to start a new tradition, the annual “Customer of the Year” award.
All-In Construction Service, LLC  has been serving Central Florida for over 10 Years. As a General Contractor specializing in home renovations & additions we know first-hand that no home, no project, and no client is the same. As a homeowner, going through a renovation isn’t simple. A remodel or addition brings a jobsite with a lot of moving parts, a schedule that is dependent on multiple unique aspects, and all of it is taking place right in the middle of your home. One thing that is for sure, the results are always worth it. We involve our clients as much as possible, it’s their home, their vision, and their dream.
We are thankful we can honestly say we have had some of the BEST customers over the years. We have worked with first-time home buyers, growing families, and veterans. This past year we had the opportunity to work with one of those “stand-out” customers. The type that makes a big and complicated renovation simply fun and exciting. Client, Jessica Riggins came to us when she was getting ready to purchase an outdated 1950s home using a FHA 203k Renovation Loan. The home had never been updated, it had been left unattended for years, and it would require a lot of TLC. It took vision and patience for Jessica to see what potential this property had. The home actually, at one time, had belonged to her Grandfather. Time had gone on, the home had seen multiple owners and tenants, and Jessica was ready to give the house new life for herself and her daughter.
The renovation included a new roof, new windows, and updates to electrical & plumbing. Interior walls were removed to open up the kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen & baths were completely redesigned. The home received new floors, interior & exterior paint, a remodeled mother-in-law suite, garage doors, and so much more. Jessica was great at communicating her expectations, she asked questions, and involved herself in understanding all steps of the construction process. She was accepting of unforeseen permitting and weather delays that, at times, caused scheduling changes. She was always respectful, kind, and personable to the crews. There were even aspects of this renovation Jessica wanted to handle herself. She was passionate about doing her part in this beautiful transformation. She rolled up her sleeves and managed some of her own DIY projects in the home.
We have had many great customers and of course it was hard to narrow it down to just one “Customer of the Year” for 2018. After careful consideration we were excited to determine that Jessica Riggins was to be named our first annual “Customer of the Year” award recipient. A few weeks before Christmas, to honor her, we hosted a house warming party at her home. We invited friends and family that had supported her on her renovation journey and catered the party with delicious food & drinks. In front of her loved ones, we honored Jessica & her daughter, with a plaque and one more special surprise…a big check for $1,000!! It was the least we could do to show our appreciation to a wonderful client.
Check out photos and videos of the renovation. You can also view a highlight video from the house warming party here.
We look forward to working with more fantastic customers in 2019 and can’t wait to celebrate the 2019 “Customer of the Year” in December. Who will it be? Could it be you?
