• ACE Human Resources Announces Schedule for ''So ... You Want to be a Boss?'' Workshops

    ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL.  – ACE Human Resources, LLC finalized dates for their upcoming debut workshop titled "So ... You Want to be a Boss?" for March 4th, 6th and 9th.  The 2.5 hour interactive workshop is intended to equip entrepreneurs who are thinking about hiring with the planning tools, legal guidance, management skills and a structured hiring process to follow.
    “I've seen too many businesses, large and small, fail due to lack of understanding and glossing over key components in the hiring process," says Christina Clark, founder of ACE Human Resources, LLC.  "On the other hand, I have also seen great entreprenuers not reach their full potential due to lack of hiring a team [because of fear]."  Clark decided one way she can contribute to her entrepreneurial community is to create a workshop to set businesses up for success when they take the plunge to add additional team members. 

    The seminar includes creating a staffing plan to know what positions to hire for and when, and preparing a budget and forecasting revenue. Participants will also learn applicable employment laws they must comply with during the interviewing and hiring process, plus how to properly classify their current or future employees.  Clark's signature Optimal Employee Profile and Manager Mindset session will assist managers in identifying candidates that will work well in their business and how to transition from business owner to business manager.  The workshop will end with ACE Human Resources' signature 6-Step Structured Hiring Process, which has crushed the national business average of overall employee terminations by 10%!
