Judy began her real estate career in 1998 with Watson Realty Corp. after being a second-generation business owner in the construction industry for 21 years. Judy was invited to join the relocation team in 2004, working with corporations, third party companies, brokers, and transferees. Judy is a member of Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) and has been awarded the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations. Judy is active in the real estate community as well as the Southeastern Regional Relocation Council (SRRC).
I spent most of my years in the N.E. Ohio region. Growing up in Youngstown, Ohio and after attending college, (Bucknell University), I returned to start a 25 year career in manufacturing management. As a plant manager and V.P of Manufacturing for several multi-national corporations I spent a significant amount of time in Europe and throughout the U.S. establishing new manufacturing sites and involved with the development of several visible projects in the aviation, steel, auto, entertainment and space industries. As a change of pace I started a business consultancy in 2002 focusing upon companies with 500 or less employees in Ohio then entred the economic development profession. I enjoy the opportunity to help businesses while making an impact on the community.

Carl has been with the WFG over 19 years and has operations in five states. Carl is currently security licensed in 25 states and holds insurance license in 21 states.
Ada Reneau joined Fidelity Bank of Florida, N.A. in June 2017 as a commercial lender. Her role includes developing and servicing businesses in the central Florida area by providing a variety of commercial, real estate, and small business administration loan products. Ada has over 20 years of banking and lending experience working with both national banks and small community banks. Ada’s knowledge and proficiency in commercial lending, treasury services and analyzing commercial accounts provides her clients a variety of options to help them meet their financial goals. When communicating business strategies to new and existing clients her goal is to help them maximize revenue, grow their profit margins and watch their business succeed.
