I spent most of my years in the N.E. Ohio region. Growing up in Youngstown, Ohio and after attending college, (Bucknell University), I returned to start a 25 year career in manufacturing management. As a plant manager and V.P of Manufacturing for several multi-national corporations I spent a significant amount of time in Europe and throughout the U.S. establishing new manufacturing sites and involved with the development of several visible projects in the aviation, steel, auto, entertainment and space industries. As a change of pace I started a business consultancy in 2002 focusing upon companies with 500 or less employees. Through the consultancy I became acquinted with the mayor of Medina, Ohio and soon there after I was talked to enter the economic development profession. I have enjoyed the journey for the opportunity to help numerous businesses while making an impact in one's community has been quite a joy.
