    The mission of the South Seminole Council is to foster the growth of our members businesses by creating opportunities to build meaningful business relationships through networking, educational programs and events and to advocate on behalf of local business.

    Brandy began her career at an early age of 12 working side by side with her successful entrepreneurial father for a couple of decades, which she progressed to managing the operations & the financials of up to 36 franchised and independently-owned fast food and full service restaurants.  She then owned/operated numerous businesses in varied industries; all of which she was fully responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial management and reporting.  Brandy used her experience to become the President of Profit First Accounting & Consulting, which is a unique, hybrid, forward-thinking, practice offering bookkeeping, payroll, tax, business consulting, tax planning, QuickBooks training & virtual CFO Services. Brandy’s specialty is to consolidate information to prepare financials statements, analyze financials and ratios, and review/educate clients on their historical and future financial trends.
    Becc Lester

    Becc Lester has a diverse background of music, theater, television, nursing and education. She has been with the Orlando Science STEM Charter Schools since 2008 and an entertainer at Universal Studios for over 15 years. She moved to Historic Sanford, Florida as it reminded her of home, Memphis, Tennessee where she was a Grammy nominated Vocalist who traveled all over the world while releasing 7 cd’s internationally. “Florida is my home  and I am honored to be part of the educational community and to help nurture the relationship of STEM schools with on a global level to create change and alter the philosophy of education now and in the future!”

    Brandon Speith is originally from New Haven, Indiana and graduated in 2009 from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. Brandon then pursued his graduate degree from Upper Iowa University, graduating in 2013 with a Master of Business Administration. Brandon has worked in higher education since 2010 in multiple positions from recruiter to Advisor and Director of a satellite campus. He currently works as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at Stetson University. Brandon is passionate about education and enjoys working with students.

    Jackie Avery is originally from Zambia, Africa. Having lived in 5 different countries she has decided U.S.A. is the best!
    Jackie feels her purpose in life is matching people's passion with needs in the community. Jackie started her career in the nonprofit arena in 2006 and has not looked back since. She serves as the Development Director for Christian HELP, a nonprofit helping PREVENT homelessness by empowering family independence.     Eric Boughman is the co-founder of the law firm of Forster Boughman Lefkowitz & Lowe, a Central Florida based law firm serving businesses and entrepreneurs. His practice encompasses a wide range of legal issues affecting businesses and entrepreneurs, including corporate governance matters, business disputes, internet, software, and technology issues, and asset protection. He enjoys frequently writing and presenting on legal and technology issues and is working on launching a podcast in late 2017 or early 2018. He is rated AV – Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and is a frequent author and presenter in the areas of asset protection, law and technology, and general business law issues. He is working on launching a podcast focusing on these issues in late 2018.

We have 6 locations that can serve the Central Florida area; Orange City, Lake Mary, Winter Park, East Colonial, Apopka and South Semoran. Edible Arrangements has programs for business to business gifting, also for specific industries such as real estate, car dealerships and a fabulous fundraising program for schools. As a community involvement partner we provide donations for their fundraising events such as gift certificates, raffles and door prizes. We also cater for any business events as well as bridal receptions.
