Marianne is a woman of boundless energy, with a passion for getting things done. She has lived and worked in six different countries and five different states, so she has become an expert in managing change. She has owned a number of businesses , and has managed a few others, so she’s not shy about taking on a new challenge. Although she was never in the Military, she has often worked for the Army as a civilian employee, including a six-month deployment to Iraq in 2003. It was her service there, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, that fostered her deep and heartfelt appreciation for the men and women of the U.S. Military. They are never far from her thoughts. And yes, she’s been married to Don Carlson, our COO, since 1979.

Hilda Cockram is the owner/operator of an award-winning educational child care center. Along with her husband Ted, they opened Kiddie Academy of Longwood-Lake Mary in 2012 and a second location in Seminole County is planned for 2019.
Prior to becoming a small business owner, she held various leadership positions for financial services companies in the New York-metro area. She has an extensive track record of implementing complex initiatives in cross-functional business settings. Her background includes 20+ years of professional experience with Fortune 50 companies in business operations, financial planning/oversight, project management and staff development.
Hilda was born and raised New Jersey, earned her B.A. from Penn State University and her M.B.A from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She moved to Central Florida in 2009.

A member of the first ever graduating class of Lake Mary High School in 1984, I have been in the Seminole County Business Community for nearly 30 years. Managing Servpro of North Seminole and West Volusia County is an honor as my brother and I continue to build a business our Father started 38 years ago. I'm a resident of Sanford, heavily involved in the Community and love a fishing rod or golf club in my hands at any time.

Approximately 10 years in retail, real estate, event marketing and guest services satisfaction. Prior to joining Seminole Towne Center’s management team, I served in the same capacity as director of marketing and new business development at Port Charlotte Town Center (WP Glimcher, then Simon). Before that, I spent time in the guest services division of Lake Square Mall (now Via Port) followed by marketing director at the same property.
When I am not working at the mall I am home with my three children ages one, three and eleven along with my husband and our black lab. I enjoy shopping, movies and coffee!

Becc Lester has a diverse background of music, theater, television, nursing and education. She has been with the Orlando Science STEM Charter Schools since 2008 and an entertainer at Universal Studios for over 15 years. She moved to Historic Sanford, Florida as it reminded her of home, Memphis, Tennessee where she was a Grammy nominated Vocalist who traveled all over the world while releasing 7 cd’s internationally. “Florida is my home and I am honored to be part of the educational community and to help nurture the relationship of STEM schools with on a global level to create change and alter the philosophy of education now and in the future!”

Barbara originally from Chicago, served as Assistant Village Administrator for a municipality just outside of Chicago. She has several years experience in Local Government, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Estate and Family Law.

Since 2005, MSR Holdings Inc., has been creating exceptional returns for its partners and investors across Canada, the US, Asia and Europe through direct participation in commercial real estate opportunities. Barbara with her husband own Big Tony's Chopp Shop Inc, an award winning Custom Motorcycle Shop. They have been in business since 2007, a federally licensed manufacturer, NADA listed, building and customizing motorcycles all over the world.
